Dispute Resolution

Arbitration and General Litigation

Pre-litigation strategy is stepping stone to a successful dispute resolution strategy and implementation. Deep diving into the issues that could lead to disputes, be it contractual, inter- se shareholders or other civil, economic or criminal issues prepares the clients better tackle such difficult situations rather than feeling high and try at such times. We at AJA Legal believe in early preparation by dissecting various issues, backing it up legal research and preparing a strategy to help our clients deal with the issues with ease.

We believe that with strategic negotiation coupled with proactive problem-solving approach and robust advocacy, our clients can achieve efficient and effective solutions that align with their business goals. We at AJA Legal believe that disputes are best resolved by negotiations and if parties can resolve the differences without going to courts, that is a win-win for both.

Our disputes team at AJA Legal, headed by our Founder has diverse experience in handling matters concerning civil, contractual, shareholders disputes and economic offences and regularly appears before courts and arbitral tribunals.
