Jyoti A Singh, the founder of AJA Legal, has over two decades of noteworthy corporate advisory and dispute resolution experience. She regularly appears before various courts and tribunals in and outside Mumbai for banks, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies, alternative investment funds, HNIs and corporates from various business sectors.
Jyoti has been advising and representing some of the largest banks, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies, insolvency professionals and large corporates on matters concerning insolvency and liquidation under both, the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Jyoti has also been advising and acting for multinational corporations in relation to corporate fraud, white collar crimes and other economic offences.
