With introduction of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), the entire legal landscape on reorganisation and insolvency of distressed corporates has dynamically changed, leading to behavioural changes in borrowers and lenders. Stakeholders are making genuine efforts in stress management and restructuring before exploring options under IBC.
